BITCOIN #41: HOW WERE YOU ORANGE PILLED?

When and how did you get orange pilled?    My experience was during the great financial crisis when one of my friends in the automobile business shared some experiences he was having with the government and his business.  They mirrored some of the things happening in medicine at the same time.

I got this from a good friend in Industry.  It encapsulates my emotions on our economy and America.  Under Obama I am worried that capitalism will fade and communism will flourish.  I am sickened at how he has handled the bailouts.  I also think his appointment of Geitner was and is criminal now that we know Geitner was responsible legally and morally for Lehman’s failure and in the end the cause of us having to bail out AIG.  I am disgusted with America.  The change we got was new shit from another cesspool.  I cant wait to vote again.  I wish it where tomorrow.  In two years Congress is going to look alot different.  You can bank on it.  And for those of you who have not googled the tirade that I saw live on CNBC of Rick Santelli a Chicago bond trader on the floor of the MERC please watch it here.  This is the largest transfer of wealth in mankind going on.  They blamed Bush for Iraq, well Congress spent 1000 Iraqs in a day for the benefit of bankers in 2008.  They have ruined our future with this spending.

Congress and the current Administration will soon determine whether to provide immediate support to the domestic auto industry to help it through one of the most difficult economic times in our nation’s history. Gentlemen:

In response to your request to contact legislators and ask for a bailout for the Big Three automakers please consider the following, and please pass my thoughts on to Troy Clark, President of General Motors North America.

Politicians and Management of the Big 3 are both infected with the same entitlement mentality that has spread like cancerous germs in UAW halls for the last countless decades, and whose plague is now sweeping this nation, awaiting our new “messiah”, Pres-elect Obama, to wave his magic wand and make all our problems go away, while at the same time allowing our once great nation to keep “living the dream”… Believe me folks, The dream is over!

This dream where we can ignore the consumer for years while management myopically focuses on its personal rewards packages at the same time that our factories have been filled with the worlds most overpaid, arrogant, ignorant and laziest entitlement minded “laborers” without paying the price for these atrocities…this dream where you still think the masses will line up to buy our products for ever and ever.

Don’t even think about telling me I’m wrong.  Don’t accuse me of not knowing of what I speak.  I have called on Ford, GM, Chrysler, TRW, Delphi, Kelsey Hayes, American Axle and countless other automotive OEM’s throughout the Midwest during the past 30 years and what I’ve seen over those years in these union shops can only be described as disgusting.

Troy Clarke, President of General Motors North America, states: “There is widespread sentiment throughout this country, and our government, and especially via the news media, that the current crisis is completely the result of bad management which it certainly is not.”

You’re right Mr. Clarke,  it’s not JUST management…how about the electricians who walk around the plants like lords in feudal times, making people wait on them for countless hours while they drag ass…so they can come in on the weekend and make double and triple time…for a job they easily could have done within their normal 40 hour work week.  How about the line workers who threaten newbies with all kinds of scare tactics…for putting out too many parts on a shift…and for being too productive

(We certainly must not expose those lazy bums who have been getting overpaid for decades for their horrific underproduction, must we?!?)

Do you folks really not know about this stuff?!?  How about this great sentiment abridged from Mr.  Clarke’s sad plea: “over the last few years …we have closed the quality and efficiency gaps with our competitors.”  What the hell has Detroit been doing for the last 40 years?!?  Did we really JUST wake up to the gaps in quality and efficiency between us and them?  The K car vs.  the Accord?  The Pinto vs.  the Civic?!?  Do I need to go on?  What a joke!

We are living through the inevitable outcome of the actions of the United States auto industry for decades.  It’s time to pay for your sins, Detroit.   (You need to fail with the banks right now, in my opinion)

Henry Ford had it right when he asked for a new monetary policy based on energy use in December of 1921.  Labor use is a form of currency.  It is a currency based upon energy use.  Labor is a proof of work function.  It mimics the laws of thermodynamics.  Henry Ford discussed how energy currency could be backed by energy measured in kilowatt-hours (kWh).   He also discussed with the New York Tribune that the currency would “be issued only to a certain definite amount and for a specific purpose.  He wanted to kick start this idea at the Muscle Shoals dam in Alabama.  The Muscle Shoals section of the Tennessee River is treacherous but it produces a lot of energy as the dam provides electrical power, flood control, and a water supply.  Ford realized he could use this energy source to build a more efficient currency.

It has always been understood that Henry Ford was well ahead of his time.  We need the Big three to remember the lesson Ford gave us in 1921.  Ford took shots at the banking cartel in 1921, which are basically the same financial institutions and family members running the world’s finances today. “It’s simply a case of thinking and calculating in terms different from those laid down to us by the international banking group to which we have grown so accustomed that we think there is no other desirable standard,” Ford stressed.

I attended an economic summit last week where brilliant economist, Alan Beaulieu, from the Institute of Trend Research, surprised the crowd when he said he would not have given the banks a penny of “bailout money”.  “Yes, he said, this would cause short term problems,” but despite what people like politicians and corporate magnates would have us believe, the sun would in fact rise the next day… and the following very important thing would happen…where there had been greedy and sloppy banks, new efficient ones would pop up…that is how a free market system works…it does work…if we would only let it work…”

But for some nondescript reason we are now deciding that the rest of the world is right and that capitalism doesn’t work – that we need the government to step in and “save us”…Save us my ass, Hell – we’re nationalizing…and unfortunately too many of our once fine nation’s citizens don’t even have a clue that this is what is really happening.  But, they sure can tell you the stats on their favorite sports teams…yeah – THAT’S really important, isn’t it…

Does it ever occur to ANYONE that the “competition” has been producing vehicles, EXTREMELY PROFITABLY, for decades in this country?…  How can that be???  Let’s see… Fuel efficient…  Listening to customers… Investing in the proper tooling and automation for the long haul…

Not being too complacent or arrogant to listen to Dr. W. Edwards Deming four decades ago when he taught that by adopting appropriate principles of management, organizations could increase quality and simultaneously reduce costs. Ever increased productivity through quality and intelligent planning… Treating vendors like strategic partners, rather than like “the enemy”… Efficient front and back offices… Non union environment…

Again, I could go on and on, but I really wouldn’t be telling anyone anything they really don’t already know down deep in their hearts.

I have six children, so I am not unfamiliar with the concept of wanting someone to bail you out of a mess that you have gotten yourself into – my children do this on a weekly, if not daily basis, as I did when I was their age.  I do for them what my parents did for me (one of their greatest gifts, by the way) – I make them stand on their own two feet and accept the consequences of their actions and work through it.  Radical concept, huh?… Am I there for them in the wings?  Of course – but only until such time as they need to be fully on their own as adults.

I don’t want to oversimplify a complex situation, but there certainly are unmistakable parallels here between the proper role of parenting and government.  Detroit and the United States need to pay for their sins.  Bad news people – it’s coming whether we like it or not. The newly elected Messiah really doesn’t have a magic wand big enough to “make it all go away.”  I laughed as I heard Obama “reeling it back in” almost immediately after the final vote count was tallied…”we really might not do it in a year…or in four…” Where the Hell was that kind of talk when he was RUNNING for office?

Stop trying to put off the inevitable folks … That house in Florida really isn’t worth $750,000… People who jump across a border really don’t deserve free health care benefits… That job driving that forklift for the Big 3 really isn’t worth $85,000 a year… We really shouldn’t allow Wal-Mart to stock their shelves with products acquired from a country (China) that unfairly manipulates their currency and has the most atrocious human rights infractions on the face of the globe…

That couple whose combined income is less than $50,000 really shouldn’t be living in that $485,000 home… Let the market correct itself folks – it will.  Yes it will be painful, but it’s gonna’ be painful either way, and the bright side of my proposal is that on the other side of it all, is a nation that appreciates what it has…and doesn’t live beyond its means…and gets back to basics…and redevelops the patriotic work ethic that made it the greatest nation in the history of the world…and probably turns back to God.

Sorry – don’t cut my head off, I’m just the messenger sharing with you the “bad news”. I hope you take it to heart.

SUMMARY

Embrace the suck of adversity. Never be afraid of speaking wht you believe to be the current truth to your audience. Begin to step out of your shell and accept your success. Your reality is important to share with the world. You don’t need to write or speak well, you just need to “connect well” with your audience. Sometimes that audience will be your friends, family, or an audience of 50,000, or maybe just you and your doctor in an office.  Knox is a friend of mine who’s experiece during the financial crisis brought the real problems of America into a clearer focus for me.   

You need to learn to connect your ideas to them effectively to change your reality. I’ve learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel by how you connect with them. It is always a good day to be grateful for all of life , grateful for large blessings and small.

When we find our path, we must not be afraid of the unknown. Many adverse experiences in life pre condition our minds to be ready for a new way to adapt.  We need to have sufficient courage to endure our own mistakes or those our government makes.  Disappointment, defeat, and despair are the tools we must use to show us the proper trail to blaze. When we speak from the heart, people will begin to meet you where you are today. Today, begin to speak well because your tongue will learn to deliver the message of your heart.  That message will resonate to your audience and it may ready them for the coming storm.

Today’s inflation number came in at 8%.  That number is heavily maufactured.

Bitcoin inflation rate currently sitting at 1.7%, continues to follow its preprogrammed, fully predictable downwards trajectory. The Fiat inflation rate is now 8% if you follow fuzzy math. 1980 math says it is 17.5%
The average person isn’t smart enough to be scared enough to understand the implications of this lit fuse.

I expect a de-dollarization event sooner than most think. Some believe this is already happening in slow motion because the Federal Reserve can support the bid on treasuries all day long. They can buy all assets back and adding them to their balance sheet. Those who talk about kicking the can down the road while hoping for a long-drawn-out economic reset believe this scenario is playing out presently in markets in slow motion already.  Black Rock and Vanguard are doing the Fed’s dirty work now buying up assets.

But what happens if a government like Russia or China become sick and tired of the Fed’s action to replace the failed Bretton Woods experiment?

The Fed’s Nightmare: The Big One

I’d like to remind you this is not a prediction.  It is just a thought experiment that shows that this outcome has a non-zero chance of occurring.  Moreover, it should be obvious that markets are not always continuous in how things trade.

Early one-morning news item “x” occurs.

News item ‘X’ might be:  People’s Bank of China has just announced that it has replaced a large percentage of its USD reserves with gold and bitcoins to pay Russia for oil and gas since the BIS has canceled the Russian Central bank’s accounts.

Realizing the negative implications the US stock indices are quickly down 4%.  Counterintuitively the 10-year yield is up and bonds are sold.  The dollar goes screaming higher as people look for liquidity.  The Fed open market desk intervenes but is overwhelmed.  Soon stocks are down 7% triggering the first circuit breaker 15-minute pause.

Meanwhile, gold is strongly bid and is up $50 per oz. while Bitcoin records its largest move in months.  The Fed comes on the tape saying it is prepared to provide whatever liquidity is needed including swap lines overseas and will do “whatever it takes”.  The market re-opens and is immediately down 15% triggering the second circuit breaker.  Fed is on the tape again mentioning that they will seek authorization to buy stocks as needed, in the hope to calm the market. I believe they will call it the “The Save America’s IRA Plan”.  75% of people below in the picture do not know or believe their life savings in retirement accounts are now at risk of evaporation.

The market re-opens and is immediately down 20% closing for the balance of the day.   It is now 11 am.  Meanwhile, gold is bid up to $120 per ounce, but there are few sellers.  Bitcoin is now up $40,000 per coin from its daily open.  The bond market continues to sell off as bondholders seek to raise cash with which to buy gold and Bitcoin.    Lots of commentators are on financial TV and media are flummoxed because they never saw the tsunami coming.  Some countries did.  They were initially mocked and now their citizens are laughing at Americans who are becoming more poor than the poorest people in El Salvador every minute.  We call those people: Lamar’s tribe.

These “financial experts” remain confused and seek to calm the masses on mass media.  But it is a long afternoon.   All afternoon bonds are relentlessly sold and gold and Bitcoin are relentlessly bid.  This is the largest wealth transfer in the history of humans happening at the speed limit of the Big Bang.  Those who are in the know understand what this is.  CURRENCY FAILURE.  Full stop.  Every government the USA bombed in the 20th centrury is now in better shape than the USA.  Most of them converted some of their Treasuries to Bitcoin and gold before the USA did.

No one should hope for this scenario above, it would be very bad even for people holding BTC and gold. Let’s hope for a gradual transition away from fiat. You don’t have wealth if there is nothing left to spend it on.  Peer to peer trade is now the way of the world in most cities.  Some of these cities have been doing it for years now.

Abject fear is felt by every financial asset holder in the world.  This is for all the marbles and the Fed’s credibility is gone.  The emperor is fucking naked and everyone agrees on it and can see it.   Overnight gold trades up $200 per ounce and Bitcoin is up to $100,000 per coin by morning.   The stock markets struggle to open and when they do they immediately plunge 20% and are closed again for the day.  Meanwhile, gold is now up over $400 per ounce at $2,300 and Bitcoin is trading at $200,000 per coin.

President Biden makes a Presidential address and announces the closing of the financial markets for 10 days.   Gold goes $10,000 bid, $100,000 offer, but none is really available. Gold becomes scarce.  Bitcoin trades through $400,000 per coin on its way to $2,000,000 per coin.  Every 10 minutes another Bitcoin block is produced like clockwork.  Nothing happening in global financial markets is affecting the operation of the Bitcoin network.  Many HODLers are smiling.

Only foreigners can buy it because the US banking system is closed.  ATMs are down.  Credit cards do not work.  Any commerce that is taking place is done via barter via peer-to-peer networks like Bitcoin.

One too many coins in the fuse box short all financial circuits.  The false assumption that the Fed could always save the system is utterly and completely destroyed.  Bitcoin and Gold have performed their role as “sovereign CDS”.

Now you are at a new world order where the people’s money sits on the throne as the global reserve currency.  If your network of friends and family have no hard assets they see their life passing before their eyes every day they wake up.

Millennials prepare to take care of their parents AND children at the same time. Municipal-sized communities band together to help sort out the most immediate needs. New leaders emerge on merit. 10 years later we are moving forward in prosperity.

Ok, but what comes days after? Full hyperbitcoinization? Confiscation attempt? Volatility for sure follows…Are you ready for it?  Do you have “hope” after this event?

Chaos will reign but those who know from chaos comes order will win.  Soon thereafter, a leader who understands sound money will emerge.  Problems will be solved, order returns and chaos retreats.  Certain environments will experience less chaos then others.  Zipcode will matter deeply.

The take home: Do not just react emotionally to this event…

Instead quickly feel that emotion, let it go, process and respond.  Those who act properly will limit the chaos they experience.  If you have the wrong people around you during this event they will affect your perception of it.

You must share your critical thinking skills before, during, and after this event to help you be a leader for your tribe.  Failures allow us to  realize our fullest self, and accomplish our biggest goals.

I’d tell you to compare this event and its failure to being “On Tilt”, a poker term which simply means not being able to think clearly after losing a big hand.

And that’s really a great analogy and we’ve all experienced it already, right?

Every time we encounter failures, it’s a natural tendency for us not to be in the best mental state.

Because emotions tend to overflow everything in failures.

But, what matters is how soon do we get ourselves recovered and learn from it to not let it happen again.

Those who are most wise will know to file the failure experience away, make it part of our identity, never go down that road again, and get back to what really matters in life.

QUANTUM ENGINEERING #5: WHAT IS REDOX & WHY IT MATTERS

How does the cell know what size and shape it should be? Many cells alter their shape to provide different functions, like microglia. Even more complex is the question as to how organs, limbs, and creatures know what size and shape they should be when they are growing. How do the cells know how and where to form an organ? How does the creature know how to rebuild a severed limb to the correct size, shape, and orientation?

Being locked up is one thing for a person, but to have no concept of what confinement on this planet means while being powered by the electric and magnetic fields of the sun is critical.  What might mean?  I believe what it might mean for life on this planet is an unbelievable myopia of the smrtest living creature evolution has created to date.  Those silly talking monkey just may remain wholly ignorant the power of Nature’s ability to sculpt life in terms of the physics of light.  If this can happen, they might live for thousands of years and dominate Earth for a short period of time while never having understood what drives life at its core.  Remaining ignorant of the power of light’s redox power might be a thousand year struggle that makes it unfathomable for a person of science to find the truth.

Man’s five senses are all electromagnetic sensors at some quantum level that are designed to capture the vastness and the immensity of information/energy our cosmos and confine it to the limited real estate of the sensory organs to understand all the complexity of the universe.  No one sees the symmetry of this confinement.

Every artist on this planet is a master of some aspect of confinement.  Even a writer, an author, a simple blogger can harness the vastness and the immensity of the cosmos and confine it to the limited pages of the paper or a computer screen. This perspective of nature makes it much easier for me to surrender my life to the being confined by nature in the best environments nature builds as time elapses during our species existence. What is the lesson it has taught me as a decentralized physician?  Anything not forbidden by nature will certainly happen; the question is for us to answer, is when, where, and how does the organization of life happen.  There are thousands of these same questions found in published science.  They include how do astrocytes and neurons know the exact networks they should form in our central and peripheral nervous system.  With respect to COVID, how do immune cells know how to travel through very complex differing 3D environments?   How did the sun, your city, and your choices around light and its electrical fields drive this process?

An equally difficult question has been addressed in the literature by redox power as to how the cell knows exactly what shape a coded sequence in a protein will take. Both cells and microbes alter the codes of their protein toxins that require extremely detailed and accurate shapes. In fact, modern science cannot calculate what shape a 400 amino acid coded sequence will be when it folds into a protein.  Is this what Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s disease really are?  Are they photoelectric diseases?  My forum has threads that provide answers to these questions.

It would take all the supercomputers together two thousand years to calculate the folding of one average protein. Yet, proteins assemble into the exact shape in a millisecond, helped by very complex chaperone molecules. Cells routinely edit their messenger RNA with alternative splicingto make a whole variety of shapes. How do cells know how to do this?  What is the information data cells use to do this?

Might it be the electric power you collect from the sun and Earth and store and transform in your mitochondrial DNA?

Could manufactured mRNA says from a COVID jab alter this process once a human complied with a government mandate?

Now we have more information he and Shannon were right that information and energy are linked at the most fundamental levels.  It turns out redox power links them.  

For all of these questions, it is hard to imagine the information of the 3D shape being inside one cell, or even a group of cells. It seems more likely that a field of information somehow guides these processes. Is this evidence for an electrical field of information forming 3D shapes of cells, organs and creatures, also, related to the influence of mind?

Recent research shows that electric potentials in non brain cells are a signal for creating patterns during development and during re building of organs. This information of different field potentials surrounding individual cells can give information for the developing organ.

Now, research from the laboratory of Dr. Michael Levin (the video above) is demonstrating new ways that cells signal with electricity and the great importance of electrical properties for individual cells and tissues. Electrical fields are a function of cellular redox potential.  The sun powers all the electric fields generated in a cell.

Levin’s papers on the topic describes how electrical gradients and fields are critical in the 3D function and shape of cells and organs. Professor Levin notes that cancer cells use electric gradients for many purposes. In fact, aberrations in electrical processes can lead to cancer. Differences in electrical potential in cells are important in determining whether a cancer metastasizes and electrical states in one cell can have effects on distant cells, triggering metastasis. These electrical potentials in one cell can signal other cells that trigger genetic networks and epigenetic effects.  Cancer does not come from DNA/RNA defects.  It comes from bad electrical signaling.

The electric state of a cell is determined by many complex factors, but it is clear redox power is the critical factor. What are some of the other factors that augment redox power? One is the opening and closing of ion channel proteins, which control the movement of charged particles (ions) across the cell membrane. Changes of the cells’ electrical potential via the activity of ion channels are shown to be able to suppress or trigger cancer. The chemical changes are always preceded by electrical changes in cells.  These electric changes are wholly tied to the redox state in that cell system.  This is how ALAN and abnormal electric and magnetic fields from technology lead to disease. Another factor is electrical synapses that transfer electricity from one cell to another via their membrane system.  That system is adjacent to the cell water.  Therefore, membrane integrity and water fidelity in cells should be factors of critical importance to redox potential and to health.

Differential ion channel activity in the body sets up specific patterns of voltage potential throughout tissues. During development, these electrical properties of cells determine what types of cells they become. This also explains how redox power links to tissue repair and to morphoology.  This is why Dr. Doug Wallace has found disease seems to vanish when redox power is reinstated in the mitochondrial colony in cells.

Different electrical properties of cells affect what type of cells are made from stem cells, how much reproduction goes on, where cells travel to and their shape and orientation. Electrical gradients and fields certainly affect travelling immune cells, stem cells, and all brain cells. They also exert profound effects on other somatic cell types during embryonic development and regenerative repair. Electrical properties are simultaneous with chemical metabolism using genetic network processing. They are critical for healing wounds and responding to infections. They determine the symmetry and shape of organs, cells, and the organelles in cells.  That size and shape change is fractally embedded in our proteins size and shape in systems.  All these changes are ciphers of redox changes and electrical state in a cell.  People forget electrical charge is conserved quantum mechanically.

Charge conservation is not like energy conservation ideas found in the laws of thermodynamics.  Energy cannot be created or destroyed.  Neither can charges.  But charge confirmation does not mean that individual positive and negative charges cannot be created or destroyed. Why?  Electric charge is ONLY carried by subatomic particles such as electrons and protons. Charged particles that carry electrical information and energy can be created and destroyed in elementary particle reactions.  It turns out varying redox potential allows for the alteration of electrons and protons inside of mitochondria and many other organelles in cells.  That electrical variation creates tipping points in cells.  Can you give us an example of this?

In animals electrical information generated in mitochondria is more crucial than genes. It is the electrical properties of the regions in tissues that form the two eyes that determine where the eyes will go in any organism. When this electrical property is altered, the eye forms in different places. This effect cannot be replicated outside of the head by any of the master eye genes man has discovered.  Redox power trumps genetic power.  If this idea offends you, that is a good.  Our older beliefs are slowing down innovation in medicine.

These electrical redox reactions dominate cell physiology.  Centralized MDs seem to be ignorant of this.  Decentralized mitochondrial physicians better know the implications of this to help you.

Redox potential is king for health. Why? It turns out, our electrical activity is driven by redox power and it can drive downstream genetic changes in the nucleus.  That nuclear change is preceded by electrical changes in membranes in cells.   For example, just changing the electrical gradient can dramatically change the cell’s behavior. Becker showed this in his experiments on salamanders and other animals. After an amputation, controlling the voltage potentials of wound cells causes the regrowth of a limb. The specification of the details appears to exist in the electrical field. At specific regions of the animal’s body, either a tail or limb grow due to the electrical signaling, which kickstarts a “build whatever goes here” program.  I mentioned this above when I spoke about where an eye grows in you.

What does this idea imply?

Altering the electric fields by altering redox power from mitochondria transforms energy in an organs. Since energy = information, we now can see how information flow is handled by biology. Redox change alters the information and the biological results cells can experience.

KEY POINT IN THE BLOG:   How do changes in electric fields by mitochondria change morphology? They do it by inside the cell, by altering many membranes that link the inner mitochondrial membranes to protein machinery. This connection extends to the nuclear membrane where RNA/DNA remain coiled in stillness. The nucleus becomes active with altered redox signaling. In this way, the mitochondria as an organelles becomes THE critical information center of the endoplasmic reticulum where proteins are assembled and morphology manifests phenotype. Electrical potentials and information fields in mitochondra exist to shape and sculpt living cells.  This is how redox power works to keep you well.

The electric field generation and variation trumps biochemistry. This is fundamentally why centralized medicine is failing the public. Centralized medicine focuses in on biochemistry and DNA gene changes instead of realing that the electric fields created in mitochondria control both of these things by altering electric signaling because cells use protein ion channels imbedded in mammalian membranes. DHA is an electrical fat that is designed to alter the ability of electrons and protons when the electrical potential of the membrane is altered by charge released by mitochondrial at the inner mitochondrial membrane.  This is why all mammalian membranes have massive amounts of DHA present in them. These proteins affect distant actions and are very involved in creating the overall gradients.

The physics of light control redox power and redox power controls the morphology of proteins. The size and shape of proteins determine the thermodynamic capabilities in a cell and this is what determines physiology and phenotype. Genes do not control this system. Light does by using electrical power to sculpt electrons and protons using charge variation.

Life exists at a tipping point of the redox potential.  At a certain electrical potential, life without the constrainment of disease becomes possible. Below such a level only life with disease becomes possible.  Below this level life is impossible and death is the likely probability.  All of this links back to charge conservation of the atoms in various parts of cells.

At cellular tipping points, information & energy transfer becomes electric and the it generates faster learning and is capable of  improving adaptation to an environment.  As redox power drops the opposite is more likely.  Human cellular redox power range is between -200mV and -400mV.

^^^^to get to -400mV the IMJ of the cristae need to align in perfect size and shape.  Optimized ATP production occurs at these levels.   All scientists and physicians are taught to believe and think of ATP is the only high energy molecular currency a cell has.  Ling was the first to show that the energy math of ATP hydrolysis could not explain the resting membrane potential that was measured in biochemistry labs in the 1950s.  Moreover, he showed mathematically, that the ATP hydrolysis rate could not explain the shortfall of the Na/K ATPase in Peter Mitchell’s chemiosmotic model.  The proposed ATPase energy calculations broke the second law of thermodynamics by a 5 fold margin!  Biochemical reactions of the hydrolysis of ATPase breaks the second law of thermodynamics.  It is hard to fathom how no one saw the fallacy of this core biochemical belief based upon the negative energy balance alone.

The hydrolysis of the high energy phosphate bond produces only -7.3 kcal/mol.  When you compare this value to the almost -60 kcal/mol of oxidized NADH at cytochrome one in the inner mitochondrial membrane,  it becomes clear the real power found in a cell is electronically induced and not driven by the hydrolysis of ATP.  Electronic induction is something a quantum cell does, not one that is taught in modern cell theory’s books.

What do the 2 pictures above say to a mitochondriac?

Electric power generation in our mitochondria is the key to a healthy long life.

Those two pictures represent all on needs to understand about what makes up the human biological redox energy scale. The highly reduced energy levels of NADPH, GSH, and NADH are used to power catabolism with molecular oxygen as the terminal electron acceptor. The step-wise electron transport in mitochondria is used to generate ATP. ATP in this scenario of power generation is a secondary and lower denomination of energy currency.

Since the reducing energies of NADH, NADPH and GSH are all incredibly massive as seen above on the left of the picture above, they can unilaterally provide the power and energy for a large number of reduction reactions in the cell including glycolysis, ATP generation, disulfide bond formation in numerous enzymes that allow for proper protein folding in all cells. This includes the brain, all the ABC transporters, all signaling molecules and all known transcription factors. The driving force for these reactions depends on the relative concentrations of the oxidized and reduced forms of each redox couple of NADPH, NADH, and glutathione.

Understanding these relationships mathematically then becomes the next step in understand redox power for the mitochondriac.  What math are we speaking of?

It is called a Pareto distribution or the Bradford power laws. The reason why people learn faster is because they become more attentive to detail and complexity to increase their understanding. Once the first few “survivors” get it, the rest follow by standard power law mathematics. Biology works on the same laws. Evolution used this design in our mitochondrial DNA for ultimate survival. The redox power of the cell varies in different environments.  It is that electrical variation that sculpts DNA/RNA.  The type of DNA expression, in turn, controlled how energy could be transformed to turn on or turn off parts of the DNA genome in the nucleus.  Ultimate survival, therefore is the result of a decentralized epigenetic phenomena of this biologic power law. If a few initially survive the “energy adversity” in the environment, mtDNA signaling can then change and sculpt mRNA and DNA to change the program of life to increase health and eventually survival.

Electric fields vary in environments.  The sun is the major thing that causes the variation.

And why shouldn’t this surprise anyone? Because this is precisely how plant life does things too! people always forget all food webs link to photosynthetic webs on Earth.  Mitochondrial biology reverse engineers the photosynthetic process.  The first step in photosynthesis uses the charge separation of water to create an electric redox power using sunlight to create a directional transfer of energy from the sun to water.

Once that program works, in a varying environment, the Bradford power laws state that the growth of surviving life can be explosive.  This helps explain the Cambrian explosion better than Darwin’s theories do.  This is precisely why evolution has sped up the evolution of life since that time.  This really is seen in the primate clade of mammals where humans have undergone the rapid development of our neolithic cortex in our brain at the expense of our paleolithic genes in our body. We are in the dark about these mathematical laws and their implications but they all control how energy/information is transformed in decentralize networks like Nature.

In one of many circular genetic processes found in complex life, the actions of the genetic machinery are controlled by electrical gradients and the elaborate signaling of the genetic networks create the electrical gradient. Patterning occurs by a continuous interplay of genetics and physics. This is a core principle in decentralized medicine. This is the basis of mitochondrial medicine.

For all you non believers, try searching PubMed for redox or glutathione and inflammation and see what links you find.  I got over 120,000 hits at the medical school library search I did in 2010.  You will notice 80% of those all link to nuclear factor-kappa beta (NF kappa beta).  It is no coincidence that NF kappa beta keeps showing up in the literature as a “redox-sensitive transcription factor” critical to immune and inflammatory responses in humans.  This defines a Paretto distribution.

That is the basis of redox signaling in cells.

If you go back and re-read all my early leptin blogs from years ago, you will see me constantly mention IL-6, NF kappa beta and TNF alpha with leptin.  Now you know why I began with those blogs.  All of these cytokines are activate the NRF2, KEAP1, and redox pathways in cells.  Redox potential is the key to a healthy life.

Understanding biochemistry alone is a losing proposition from a centralized MD or their patients. It is however great news for Big Pharma. They can take full advantage of the myopic view. Decentralized MDs know their patients improve with redox therapies. In fact, research shows that the electrical influences cannot be reduced to simple chemistry inside of a cell. This is why allopathic and functional medicine are paradigms that won’t offer disease reversals.  Both enrich the centralized controllers or ideas they push.

How do we know this?

Electrical gradients of individual cells and many cells contribute to the creation of the 3D shapes and functions of organs and creatures. Examples of this include the creation of the embryonic eye, the head, and the regeneration of limbs exactly to size. Becker showed us this in the 1960s and biology still has not recognized its critical lesson. We are looking in the wrong genome for health. Health begins with electrical field improvement. It will not improve with altercation of the RNA and DNA machinery.

Our colony of mitochondria are decentralized time machines.  Sunlight is the power source that creates more time in life for us.

Big Pharma knows this and they spend dollars studying the wrong things to keep customers and not reverse diseases. For movement of cells, when electrical and chemical gradients are in competition, the electrical gradient wins.  Big Pharma knows this and keeps centralized MDs from learning this in medical school curriculums. When you limit what MDs learn you create a paradigm of belief you can profit from.

QUANTUM ENGINEERING #4: SUICIDE BY LIGHT

Pictured above is the “former” lead singer of LinkinPark. He killed himself a few years ago. His best friend Chris Cornell formerly the lead singer of Soundgarden did the same a few months before him. Was this a coincidence or was there a reason for it that modern science misses?  Are these two deaths related in some way? Might it be their choice around light? Might it be their former jobs? Might it be tied to the environment their jobs required of them?

This filmed event was done at the guest house I stayed at the night before my Vermont talk. I was interviewed live in the video for 1.5 hours and I was asked questions about how blue light affected shift workers. 40 or so of my members were in attendance and one of them put this discussion on tape for you all to hear. My videographer told me this was one of the best interviews I have ever done. I’ll let you be the judge of this.

Music deaths are now so commonplace that none of them surprise us. Why is this link present in musicians? Most musicians perform at night under blue light. They use electricity to electrify acoustic instruments, sitting within that power grid and under blue light and wearing sunglasses day and night blocking their eyes from the sun over decades.

On April 14, 1994, the Seattle Post-Intelligencer reported that Cobain was “high on heroin when he pulled the trigger”. The paper reported that the toxicological tests determined that the level of morphine in Cobain’s bloodstream was 1.52 milligrams per liter and that there was also evidence of valium in his blood at 27 years old.  Valium is a drug that interacts with GABA and the perihabenular nucleus in the thalamus.  Is this small fact important?

Health is the slowest form of death we create in life and few realize it. Why did Soundgarden’s lead singing need the drugs he did? It was due to a lack of the protein POMC in his brain because the solar signals his brain needed never were received. When POMC is lowered, so are dopamine and melatonin. Melanopsin signaling is destroyed in both the eye and skin in musician shift workers. This alters their attitude and mood chronically too. When dopamine is low in the eye and brain so are melatonin levels in those areas too. This leads to a circadian de-coupling on a massive scale. When you add in other drugs that alter time perception like Ativan/Valium you cause a frequency collapse.

Suicide by manufactured light in this group of people becomes explainable when you see the quantum fabric of nature unfold for a brain slowly being robbed of its mitochondrial redox potential. This is why physicians are now seeing a rising suicide rate in themselves too.  I loved Cornell’s music but we have to get the word out to them that acoustic and not electric music can save them. His best friend, pictured below, was famous for wearing sunglasses indoors during the day. Bennington of LinkinPark killed himself a few months after Chris Cornell. He hung himself after his drinking relapsed. Underneath his iPhone, found  beside him was his bit-off fingernails. This is a classic sign of anxiety disorder.  Anxiety disorders are also linked to altered signaling in the perihabenular nucleus.  That is the second time I mentioned this part of the brain.

Ask yourself why this KEEPS happening in this industry? This is not a new trend. Elvis Pressley, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, and Jim Morrison all killed themselves early in their careers. Musicians have felt the need to play their concerts indoors under man-made light shows light and they love tattoo’s on their skin. They rarely play gigs outside in the sun. Does putting a tarp over your eye and skin affect the melanopsin system badly? Is this another factor in why they die by their own hand? My members know I have a very popular frontman in a well-known band as one of my key pupils. He asked me for help over 12 years ago and he reconfigured his life to avoid this tragic outcome for himself. He is now dominating his field after rebuilding his music life by controlling his light environment.

Modern Music can kill us because of how we use it and the environments it is created. Swedish DJ Avicii recently killed himself. All his gigs were done at night. He also happened to come from a high latitude steepening his mitochondrial risks. The DJ, born Tim Bergling, killed himself with a shard of broken glass from a liquor bottle, according to sources privy to details about his death who spoke with TMZ. They said there had been massive bleeding associated with the self-inflicted wound. Drinking and cutting oneself is classic behavior of a low dopamine state. His case is very interesting to me because it was linked to broken peripheral gut clocks and his melanopsin/retinol link. Avicii had a history of pancreatitis partly brought on by heavy drinking and had his appendix and gallbladder removed in 2012 before he released his debut LP. These symptoms all link back to the light he lived under as the picture from my June 2, 2018, Vermont talk on melanopsin shows below. He was 28 when he killed himself.

Modern music and modern light kill when we make it artificially and modulate its frequencies. This induces topologic changes in the charge on our skin that uncouple retinol from melanopsin that lead to a lowering of both melatonin and dopamine. This is how the path to suicide begins. That path is littered with chronic mitochondrial dysfunction and lowered mitochondrial melatonin production that leads to excessive tattooing, drug use, poor sleep, drinking, and behavioral change.

We need to go back to the basics with music. It is based upon a fractal organization to timing too. That is linked to altered dopamine levels in the eye and the frontal lobes linked to the light we abuse.  That timing is linked to the human brain’s alpha waves on the EEG. When melanopsin is off so is the alpha wave on EEGs. When the alpha wave goes then we can find problems in others waves that signify a sleep disorder. This sleep disorder always precedes sickness, suicide, and death.

Can we see the evidence of light toxicity in the skin before it afflicts the brain?  Yes, we can.  People often forget that the skin and brain comes from the same tissue layers in the human embryo.  Because of this linkage your skin and your eyes tells your decentralized physician to look deeper into your health to see how bad you are afflicted with light toxicty.

This is a before and after picture of someone who was light toxic and became light competent under the direction of a a decentralized mitochondriac physician.

Michael Jackson is a perfect example of this dynamic effect below. Sunglasses at night under a massive light show. He also had melanopsin induces autoimmune skin condition called vitiligo. Vitiligo is improved by full-spectrum UV light. This is light he rarely saw as an adult. Jackson died after convincing a physician to use IV Diprivan on him to allow him to sleep. He suffered from chronic insomnia for decades = lack of melatonin creation inside his colony of mitochondria = lack sunlight = extreme blue light toxicity.

The trend continued with Whitney Houston in her life with drugs and poor sleep. How many young people do we need to see die in the same way before we make the links of why this happening? This is why acoustic music can soothe us and why electrified music can cause massive spiking of evoked potentials that lead to addiction, depression, and suicide. Technology in music brings man inside out of the sun and we’ve created music shows to occur mostly at night when our retinal photoreceptors that provide the light stimulus to make POMC via the eye and in our brain is destroyed. Sunlight creates happiness and keeps us far from moods that lead to a self-induced death with pills, opiates, or a rope. The human brain has many waveforms and frequencies cycling at different rates simultaneously. Moreover, many, if not all, contribute to one’s internal experience of time.  This sense is controlled by dopamine levels and how its frequency in circuits in the brain.   Consider the death of Heath Ledger after his role as the Joker in Batman. Most of the film was done at night and by all reports, his drug and alcohol use expanded while his reality about the role became very warped in delusion. That led to him taking his own life at 28 years old. It does not take very long to see the effect of a broken melanopsin system in the central retinal pathways in humans if you know the signs and symptoms.

Suicide by light is linked to a loss of the internal experience of time in the brain because dopamine is missing. nnEMF can cause massive spikes and losses of evoked potentials in the brain because it decouples calcium channels. Most people do not even know the blue light chromophore in our eyes and skin called the Melanopsin/retinol mechanism that runs on calcium ion flows. Ativan and opiate drugs like this exacerbate the condition. Ativan affects GABA levels in the brain. Ativan is the drug that was found in Soundgarden Chris Cornell and Cobain’s blood plasma after they killed themselves.

When dopamine/melatonin are lacking we can perceive and sense the fractal side of nature. Many mental illnesses are associated with a low dopamine state and those patients report a frozen existence of reality. In those frozen states, humans become able to do things humans normally would not do. Many depressed patients describe their life seems like ‘still photos’ of a flickering vision, like a movie film that is running too slow on the screen. The ability of the brain to keep all these different frequencies in appropriate relationship and order to one another, smoothing the flow of connecting thoughts and actions, is what dopamine helps facilitate. Photons of light come to Earth and to humans in a timeless state. Our brain gives us the sense of time by coupling light frequencies to build time. Dopamine and melatonin are two gears of that mechanism. These chemicals are the “matter” that nature uses as its levers.

It takes matter in cells to create time using UV light photons. By themselves, photons would perceive the world, as frozen. Light photons have an interior temporal indivisibility that prevents the perception of external divisibility. We now know UV light is critical in the creation of dopamine in our eyes with aromatic amino acids which act as photon traps for the timeless light of the sun. Can you share with us a disease that shows how light chaos destroys order in cells?

Sure, the one that is becoming all too common is steroid induced psychosis.

When I was a young physicians this disease was really rare.  Today it is becoming very common because of the use of tech screens, indoor living, and a lack of solar exposure.

Centralize medicine does not understand this disease well at all.  The reason for that is they do not understand how the retina was built, and how light creates time from light.

THE QUANTUM BIOLOGY ANGLE

The effects of light on learning and mood via intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells involve a pacemaker- independent role for the suprachiasmatic nucleus as well as distinct circuitry in a region of the thalamus called the perihabenular nucleus.

It appears there are two distinct central retinal brain pathways that mediate the effects of light on learning and mood in mammals.  (below)

In mammals, light detection occurs exclusively in the retina. In addition to classical rod and cone photoreceptors, a subpopulation of retinal ganglion cells (RGCs) that express the photopigment melanopsin (Opn4), making them intrinsically photosensitive (ip)RGCs, constitute the third type of photoreceptors besides rods and cones.

At present, 5 subtypes (M1–M5) of ipRGCs have been described in the literature. Their central projections differ amply, reflecting in this variety the multiform nature of the non-image-forming visual functions they participate in such as circadian photoentrainment and sleep regulation. A major ipRGC target is the hypothalamic suprachiasmatic nucleus (SCN), which houses a central pacemaker that orchestrates peripheral clocks to drive circadian rhythmic coherence. (eye clock)

The pathophysiology of this disorder is poorly understood but it follows many other mitochondrial diseases that result in altered cortisol levels from blue light over exposure and solar light under exposure.  This is why it is more common in modern times.  Other diseases like Cushing’s or Addison’s are well known to be associated with abnormalities of the hypothalamo-pituitary- adrenal axis and have the potential to result in mood disorders by disturbing the cortisol pathway as the synthetic steroids activate.

Vitamin C is used up more rapidly when sunlight is missing or exogenous steroids are given to some one.  In fact, any stressor to the system causes rapid decline in the chemicals below.  That decline in part is why pregnenolone steal syndrome occurs in humans under duress.

Vitamin C is a metabolic switch in the human brain: glucose and lactate metabolism are modulated by ascorbic acid.  Ascorbic acid is highly concentrated in the human CNS. All stressors increase glutamate in the human brain.  Why is this?   For this switch to occur, an ascorbic acid flow is necessary between astrocytes/glia and neurons, which is driven by neural activity and is part of vitamin C recycling.

Glutamate release from from neurons that are light/cortisol stressed, stimulate ascorbic acid release from astrocytes.  This can deplete the brain of vitamin D.  When Vitamin C drops you brain needs to use glucose metabolism to operate and it is not efficient to do so.   Ascorbic acid entry into neurons and within the cell inhibits glucose consumption favoring the use of ketones and they do this by stimulating lactate transport.   The take home:  everyone who is light stressed has very low CNS Vitamin C levels and Vitamin C levels in the brain can only be replated by SVCT2 receptors in the blood stream and not from the gut which relies on SVCT1 and is saturable at 1000-1500 mgs per day.  The SVCT2 receptor has no limit on absorption in health.  It is down regulated when inflammatory cytokines are present. THE KEY POINT IN THIS BLOG BELOW

So what do decentralized MDs know that centralized MDs never learned?  Mood regulation by light requires an SCN-independent pathway linking the ipRGCs melanopsin cells in the retina to a previously unrecognized thalamic region, termed perihabenular nucleus (PHb).

One of the things I have noticed over the last 15 years in this diseases is that all the people who became psychotic with exogenous steroid use all had weak pupillary responses to blue light.  It was secondary to the slow destruction of dopamine and melatonin in the skeletal muscle of the pupil that controls its function.  As both of the chemicals were lowered by blue light the skeletal muscle fiber type of the pupil changed and made the pupillary muscles atrophy and become sluggish in their response to blue light.  Why is the pre-condition important in steroid induced psychosis?

The answer is buried in the picture above.  The central retinal pathways that project to the SCN have to be disrupted when the pupil is sluggish in its response to the blue light stimulus.  This also means that the neuronal projections to perihabenular nucleus in the thalamus are also disrupted and lead to mood disorders.  When these two clinical signs are present, the decentralized clinician knows immediately that light toxicity is an envionmental player harming the patient.  It is a sure sign blue light or nnEMF has disturbed neuronal signaling and metabolism in the cortisol pathways of the brain.  Below is a coronal cut T1 MRI of the brain showing this region.

The habenula is a complex nucleus in the thalamus of humans composed of lateral and medial subnuclei, which connect between the limbic forebrain and midbrain in the brainstem as shown below. Over the past 5 years, the lateral habenula has received considerable attention because of its potential roles in cognition and in the pathogenesis of various psychiatric disorders.

The habenula is an evolutionarily conserved structure in the brain and regulates the central monoaminergic metabolism in humans. Disturbances in monoamine metabolism include a depletion of norepinephrine and suppression of central dopamine in the brain.  This region likely a light relay center for the brain.  It is very close to the pineal gland and the collicular plate which links it to all things visual.  This is why eye changes tells us about the brain’s toxic light effects.  Despite a surge of interest on the habenula in neuroscience since 2016, function of the human habenula remains murky.

For example, the medial habenula is the source of one of the major cholinergic pathways in the brain, relatively few studies have been conducted to understand its roles.  When acetylcholine is destroyed in the brain cognition drops and low ACh is associated with Alzheimer’s disease.  I believe this is how AD begins and develops.

Nicotine addiction operates here as well.  This is why I believe people who wear blue blocking glasses find the use of nicotine difficult over time.  People who are blue light toxic almost seem immune to it.  This is another clue I use in Kruse Longevity Center Farm patients during their work ups to know how badly they are light toxic.

I believe this nucleus hold the clues to many diseases including depression, bipolar disorder, and Parkinson’s disease.  I also believe this pathway is acutely disrupted in people who use exogenous steroids when their brains are low in Vitamin C due to light stress.  Giving these patients synthetic steroids, while they are blue light toxic, hyper activates glucocorticoid receptors preferentially in the SCN, PHb, and the hypothalamus simultaneously, which suppresses the secretion of cortisol by the adrenal glands.

This is why most modern humans have flat lined cortisol cycles when one checks the cortisol levels for them.  Decentralized MDs know to look for it, and centralized MDs think this is quackery because they are ignorant of the neural wiring diagram above from retina to brain.

The slide above tells you how the pathophysiology develops.  The chronic blue light exposure ruins the regeneration of the ipRRGs in the retina.  They rely on optimized dopamine and melatonin levels to keep our timing mechanisms via the SCN intact.  When the photoreceptors cannot regeneration mood disorders can also manifest because of the disruption of the tracts from the IpRCGs to the perihabenular nucleus.

The slide above shows when dopamine control is lost in the central retinal pathways, GABA also will be lowered in the brain.  Remember what I said about all the musicians above who killed themselves?  They were also abusing GABA like drugs.  Most of them smoked as well.  Now you might understand why they were doing it now.  What else happens?  Acetyl choline receptors will drop and as this happens, acetylcholine levels will rise in neural circuits to also lower GABA.

A deficiency in ACh receptors and lowered dopamine levels can mimic myasthenia gravis (check my MG blog on patreon out)  with poor muscle tone.  A deficiency in GABA activity can contribute to certain mental health conditions such as anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and depression. It’s also involved in some physical conditions, including Huntington’s disease, dystonia, and muscle spasticity.  Low dopamine levels are also associated with mood disorders like depression.  These deficits all get worse and eventually are all present at the same time when the human brain begins to contemplate taking its own life.

When you are given exogenous steroids and you do not get enough sunlight, it is the perfect storm to getting steroid induced psychosis.  This is a key point why a lack of sunlight or too much exogenous steroids cause the same problem = MENTAL ILLNESS

CASE DESCRIPTION OF STEROID INDUCED MENTAL ILLNESS

A 35-year-old man information technologist who works in the computer data with prior hypertension (low NO), hyperlipidemia (Low Vit D level), chronic testicular pain, lumbar spinal stenosis and radiculopathy, depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress disorder presented to the emergency department, after cutting into his right scrotum because he had seen someone in his shower the previous night, and “they put something in my testicle.” He had taken a kitchen knife to try to remove it. His wife called 911 for his unusual behavior. He stated that there were “bad guys trying to shoot him in the face” and that teams of doctors had “implanted a tracking device in his testicle.” During police response, the patient was noted to be aggressive toward the officers to the point where he had to be pepper-sprayed and handcuffed.

On arrival to the ER, the patient was noted to have his right testicle protruding from a 2-cm scrotal laceration and continued to have persecutory and aggressive behaviors, for which he was placed in restraints and on an order of emergency detention. While in the emergency department, the patient was observed to be oriented to his name, situation, and place but believed the year to be 2009.

His vitals were notable for tachycardia of 120 beats/min. Laboratory results were notable for leukocytosis (white blood cell count of 17.1 (high) 109/L (high)), glucose level of 252 mg/dL, and slight elevations in potassium, aspartate aminotransferase, and alanine aminotransferase. Tests for alcohol, acetaminophen, and salicylates were negative, and the urine drug test was positive for opioids, which was explained by his prescription for tramadol.

On mental status evaluation by psychiatry, the patient was noted to be calm, cooperative, and attentive. He had good eye contact but sluggish pupils to penlight exam. His speech was spontaneous, fluent, and coherent with normal rate and volume. He was alert and oriented to person, place, and situation. He had no aggressive or self-harm behavior.

His mood was reported as “frustrated” and his affect was rather calm. His thought processes were linear and goal directed. However, his thought content was delusional. He denied suicidal or homicidal thinking, intentions, or plans or thoughts of wanting to hurt self or others. He denied auditory or visual hallucinations. He did not appear to respond to internal stimuli. He appeared to have limited knowledge. His family says he he had become cognitively dulled during this event (hippocampus turned off).  He displayed paranoid thought content. Insight into his problems was limited. Judgment was also limited.

Urology was consulted and his testicle was reduced back into his scrotum and the laceration repaired. He was recommended for inpatient psychiatric hospitalization at an outside hospital for his delusions. The whole psychotic episode lasted approximately 24 hours.

On further inquiry, it was noted that he had been seen the previous day at the pain medicine center for chronic genitofemoral neuralgia (testicle pain) and had received an injection of 5 mg of dexamethasone and 0.25% of bupivacaine, along with radiofrequency ablation. He had received steroid injections in the past, even just 2 months earlier, of 15 mg dexamethasone for chronic back pain.

His home medications included bupropion, fluticasone, methocarbamol, olopatadine, pregabalin, testosterone cypionate injection (pregnenolone steal), and tramadol. He was in a stable marriage with three children without any legal troubles. He was a previous smoker, having quit 5 years earlier after 7 years of <0.5 packs per day; he used alcohol socially but used no drugs.

The differential diagnosis at the time included drug use/intoxication (a urine drug test was positive for opioids but the patient was noted to be on tramadol); electrolyte imbalance (abnormalities noted but explained by gross hemolysis); infection (elevated white blood cells but otherwise no signs of infection); hypoglycemia/hyperglycemia (glucose elevated but not at a level typical of diabetic ketoacidosis or a hyperosmolar hyperglycemic state); and psychiatric causes (recent steroid injection, history of psychiatric disease).

CENTRALIZED VS DECENTRALIZED MDs are the key to diagnosis?

The chronic blue light toxicity lead to suppression of the secretion of cortisol by the adrenal glands. This preferential selection creates imbalance between glucocorticoid stimulation over mineralocorticoid receptor stimulation, leading to cognitive impairment and emotional disturbances.

Lewis and Smith reviewed 79 cases of steroid-induced psychosis and found that disturbances in reality testing were reported in 71% of the 79 cases, but only 14% had a psychotic disorder without evidence of significant mood changes or features of a delirium. They found that depression was present in 40.5%, mania in 28%, a mixed state in 7.5%, and delirium in 10% of these cases. Another study found that mania and hypomania were reported most commonly (in 35% of cases), followed by depressive symptoms in 28% and psycho- tic reactions in 24%. The vast majority of these patients develop symptoms <2 weeks from the inductive event and more typically 3 or 4 days after the initiation of corticosteroid therapy, although symptoms can occur at any time, including after cessation of therapy. The symptoms may last anywhere from a few days up to three or more weeks. In most cases, any associated delirium commonly resolves within days and psychosis within a week, though depression or manic symptoms may last up to 6 weeks after discontinuation of steroids.

There are not largely powered studies in the field of steroid-induced psychosis due to its unpredictable nature, but it is an important consideration because it is a stressful and dangerous situation for a patient to experience. Diagnosis hinges on clinician experience by exclusion, and prevention hinges greatly on keeping dosages as low as possible and not prolonging medication regimens beyond what is required.

Melatonin production in your mitochondria from the red light in the sun is the key reason why most circadian/mitochondrial diseases occur.

The use of exogenous steroids acutely in people mimics the effect of blue light toxicity in humans who abuse blue light chronically.  Both cause mental illness on different time scales.  The reason it happens is how the retina is wired to the melanopsin photoreceptors.  Now you are much wiser than your centralized MDs who still remain impotent to explain these complex phenomena to families of people who took their own life.

February 2022 Inflation update

So today, your gov’t said the inflation rate in the USA is at 7.5%.  This number is manufactured by Federal Reserve input.  Did you know the Fed used to use another way to calculate inflation in the 1970s?  They changed it to hide the real effect of inflation on the taxpayer to limit the chance for revolt.

If we were using the 1980 method of inflation calculation we’d be at 19% inflation.  Let that math sink in.  Your gov’t is stealing your value and time as they debase their Ponzi scheme.

If I force you to view the M2 Money Supply growth in the US solely what would it reveal?

The result of Federal reserve action to the American taxpayer:  Your dollar is now worth 71.2 cents on the dollar JUST in that span. For every dollar you had at the beginning of 2020, the Government and Fed stole 28.8% of each dollar.

BTC #39: WHAT IS THE RISK OF A BTC BUY RIGHT NOW?

Today Bitcoin is around 38,000 dollars a coin.  It recently dropped close to 50% from its All time high.  This should raise a question for you when you allocate new money to your portfolio.

What is the real risk of Bitcoin right now?

When you get to a place in life where you are no longer able to effect a change, you then must look within yourself and change yourself and your perspective. If that fails, move to a better currency for your health and wealth.  I tell people the same thing about there environments.

The longer I live, the more deeply I’m convinced that the difference between the successful person and the failure, between the strong and the weak, is a decision tied to how you think. Critical thinking being the biggest issue we have.  Winners are those people who make a habit of doing things losers are uncomfortable doing. Don’t think of your goals. Think from your goals. Its all in your perspective of you see the data.

Here is something for you think about with the latest 50% drop in Bitcoins’s price.

With the current price at historic lows, wouldn’t the risk be significantly lower at this time?

It is a lot lower.

Skepticism is not intellectual only process; it is moral imperative built by our character or lack there of. It can be a chronic atrophy and disease of our mind and spirit. People live by believing their precepts of something. We should not waste time by debating and arguing about many things, but instead spend our time doing the things others doubt can be done.

People call Bitcoin the most asymetric asset on the planet.  Why do they say that?

How is the Risk/Reward of $BTC positively asymmetric, and why is it so compelling?

Using round numbers to simplify, let’s answer that:

First, we determine the downside (Risk).

Using the recent high of ~70K and a drastic drawdown level of 80% ($BTC has done this three times before):

70K * -80% = -56K

70K – 56K = 14K

Downside Price = $14K

Risk = Current Price – Downside Price

38K – 14K = 24K

Risk = $24K

Next, we determine upside (Reward).

With $BTC, we have an initial level (Investment Use Case) and a much higher optionality level (Money Use Case).

Investment Use Case:

If you’ve been following the data, you know my Investment Use Case is $1M price target for BTC by 2028.

Our calculated upside (Reward):

Upside Price = $1M

1M – 38K = 962K

Reward = $962K

So our initial Risk/Reward in USD:

$24K Risk

$962K Reward

Using the current $BTC price of 38K:

Risk = 24K/38K = .63 (~60%)

Reward = 962K/38K = 25.32 (~2500%)

Today on Feb 3rd, 2022,  we have about 60% downside Risk versus 2,500% upside Reward.

Said another way,

We have a ~42X higher Reward than Risk (2500/60 = 42)

Thought of another way,

For every $1 you have at Risk, you have a potential Reward of $42 with Bitcoin

This is seen as a highly ‘positive asymmetric’ opportunity.

But what makes BTC absolutely compelling right now to me is the optionality it includes on the upside.

When buying BTC, you are also buying an embedded Call option on the Use Case for Money (because BTC acts like a Put option on Fiat currency).

How:

If BTC ultimately becomes the replacement for fiat currencies, then as fiats go lower, BTC must go higher.  We should see this happen in El Salvador first because both currencies are legal tender there.

The upside becomes many multiples of the Investment Use Case mentioned above.  42x maybe a very low estimate of what could happen.  We could see the last triangle below in the next few years.

SUMMARY:

Intermediate term = probably still quite volatile (decelerating economic growth due to inflation, risk off period til 10/2023)  Long term = looks good fundamentally strong (structural adoption, network utility, devs)

The Money Use Case Call option would become worth many millions of US dollars per BTC.

Add this to the highly positive asymmetric Risk/Reward, and an investment in BTC here is absolutely compelling idea, IMO.

Do your own research of course, but this is how I see it now based on the current data we know.  New data will always change things.  I think the price today is being held down by the action in the bond market and what the Fed is doing.   Hope this helps when you think about how to allocate new dollars now.

CPC 62#: MANAGING TIME = MANAGING LIGHT

HOW DO HUMANS LOSE TIME IN A technocratic  world filled with LED screens???  That tumor in the eye above told me something nefarious was going on in the brain deeper.  All of that was related to the screen time of the person who showed up to my clinic.  Blue light is fully capable of giving you solid tumors of the skin or brain as my pictures show.

The potential influence of LED lighting on mental illness is massive. Blue light from artificial bulbs and LED screens uncouple electron spin and alter proton fractionation by their quantum spin number from ECT flow speeds and TCA cycling speeds to release massive amounts of light (ELF-UV). What is the linkage to these coupling events? Loss of redox power because of an increase of heteroplasmy of mitochondria in tissues. The redox potential is the critical linkage of the first two biologic cycle of energy conservation, namely ubiquitin and the cell cycle. These two processes are control by the central retinal pathways to couple to growth and metabolism cycles. The coupling of the mitochondria to the nucleus how light controls biology at all levels. Do you understand how coupling works? The coupler of the two is called an ‘ interactive controller’ . When a system loses negative feedback control you uncouple cycles from one another. Let me give you a clear example of a LOSS of negative feedback control: in this type of coupling mechanism two components of the system have opposite effects on one another.

Consider prey and predator as a couple. Consumption of prey by predator has a positive effect on the eater, and a negative on on the eaten animal. The negative effect on predators on prey prevents uncontrolled growth of the predator’s population. This stabilizes the population sizes of both groups when they are coupled. This is precisely how light from our surfaces couples cell growth via ubiquitin rates via our surfaces. Blue and Red light in the sun are like predator and prey……..they each perfectly balance one another. But modern artificial light has 4 times the amount of blue and no red. This destroys the coupled cycle. Why is this series so critical to understand? Because ubiquitin is the major stabilizer of negative feedback control on cell growth and it works via melanopsin which is the key opsin of the central retinal pathways, your skin, and fat mass. The actor of ubiquitin is LIGHT!!!! This explains why light is the most powerful drug we have. When you uncouple blue light from all the other frequencies you create an asymmetry that can be used to help or hurt you based upon the use of that blue light.

Summary:

What your children cannot see can hurt them on screens. When someone says non ionizing radiation cannot hurt cells, it is akin to making the case that a black mamba is not dangerous to man because it can’t hit a man with a fist. It is logical nonsense done to confuse those who do not understand biophysical mechanisms. ‘Time’ is environmental dependent variable dependent upon the color of the photons present or absent from the spectrum you live under.

CPC #61: WHAT SHOULD WE LOOK FOR IN ADVERSE EVENTS?

I have been asked by many of you to give you my best guesstimate of what to do when you are vaccinated or injured.  The same thing is true about long COVID.  Contained in the next few blogs in the CPC series will give you my current state of thinking.

Just some random thoughts on all mitochondrial diseases and mRNA vaccine damage.

Intravascular injection of these jabs appears to cause a problem in the coronary and brain circulation which leads to acute elevation of homocysteine.

The brain is exposed to most of the constituents of plasma including homocysteine as a result of the disruption of the blood-brain barrier after stroke, head trauma, and stress. I believe the mRNA jab causes the same physiologic response in blood vessels.  The question, therefore, arises as to whether or not homocysteine is able to selectively stimulate the release of excitatory amino acids in COVID illness.

Homocysteine has been under a lot of speculation since its discovery in 1932. Its chemical properties showed a similarity to cysteine, hence the name homocysteine. The heating of the amino acid methionine with sulphuric acid led to this amino acid of interest. The importance of this discovery cannot be emphasized without alluding to the 1955 Nobel Prize in Chemistry, awarded to Vincent du Vigneaud on for his work on biochemically important sulfur compounds.

As homocysteine rises so does IL-6.   Homocysteine induced mRNA expression of the pro-inflammatory cytokines called monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1) and interleukins involved in the cytokine storm.  IL-6 is one such chemical.

IL-6 is linked to just about every mitochondrial disease on this planet.  IL-6 destroys the redox potential everywhere it is found because it raises cortisol in the stroma of organs.  When cortisol is high, collagen is destroyed, it loses its piezoelectric and flexoelectric signaling while and cells get larger in volume and mass.  While this goes on simultaneously, homocysteine rises, Vitamin D lowers, and methylation becomes disrupted.  Nitric oxide is destroyed and clotting becomes more likely.

Homocysteine is a key determinant of the methylation cycle’s ability to operate in blood vessels.

I bet that people like Whoopi Goldberg who got COVID twice after her jab have a very altered SAM-to-SAH ratio.

The SAM-to-SAH ratio defines the methylation potential of a cell and is a proxy for the redox potential in the circulatory system.  How?

Condensation of methionine with ATP, leads to the formation of SAM (S- Adenosylmethionine). The methyl group attached to the tertiary sulfur of SAM can be transferred and therefore can cause methylation of other substances in the body that need it.  It is a marker of how energy transfer is accomplished.   This methylation is accompanied by energy loss, so this reaction is irreversible. The demethylation reaction leads to the formation of SAH (S- adenosylhomocysteine). SAH is a thioether (a sulfur bonded to two alkyl or aryl groups) analogous to methionine.  Recall that methionine is the start amino acids signal in the creation of every human protein.  The fidelity of this signal is highly leveraged to redox power in the cell.

Homocysteine is a key determinant of the methylation cycle and how easy energy is transferred from mitochondria to proteins in the body.  Long COVID is likely related to high levels of homocysteine due to poor energy transfers.  Homocysteine is methylated to methionine, which undergoes S-adenosylation and forms S-adenosylmethionine (SAM). S- adenosylmethionine is the principal methyl donor for all methylation reactions in cells.

High Homocysteine —> high Hageman Factor —-> increase platelet stickiness —> Clots

When homocysteine is elevated, water flows in cells are altered, and swelling ensues worsening the volumes and mass relationship. We saw this in lung edema in COVID ICU admissions and death.  Any time these are altered apoptosis and autophagy programs are altered in the colony of our mitochondria.  This is why water has its own specific nuclear footprint when we see cancer on an MRI.  There are massive alterations to the Rayleigh Benard cycling of water inside cells.   Everyone with sleep apnea (hypoxia) has high levels of IL-6 in the brain which alters the EZ of water in the brain.  It correlates 98% of the time with low DHEA levels.  This tells us cortisol is being shunted over the sex steroid hormones in response to the homocysteine elevation.  This is known as prenenolone steal syndrome.  COVID is a known hypoxia-related disease associated with acute spikes in homocysteine.

This is why DHEA and sleep are linked for the clinician.  We can tolerate more inflammation within our brain from a ketogenic diet because our immune system is getting more electrons.  Ketogenic diets are all about deuterium depletion of the mitochondrial matrix that improves piezoelectric ability.  Ketogenic diets also restore NAD+ by producing more NAD+.

What most don’t know is NAD+ has two roles in biology– the common one as a cofactor vs the uncommon role as a signaling molecule.  NAD+ does two things:  it serves as a cofactor in redox and important metabolic reactions in which case it is shuttled back and forth between the NAD+ and NADH forms but is not consumed, and number 2,  it serves as a signaling molecule in which case it is consumed as a substrate by sirtuins.  Of the two roles, biology only talks about the redox action, when health and longevity are controlled with NAD+ is consumed by sirtuins.

NAD+ levels are a proxy for the redox state.

I have noticed that everyone who gets the mRNA jabs are losing their redox power to some degree because their homocysteine levels seem to rise just after the jab along with the HS CRP.  The most common pathway they exhibit is a rising HS CRP, falling Vitamin D level, and a problem with their SAM-to-SAH ratio.  Hyperhomocysteinemic (HC) states tend to decrease this ratio, leading to decreased methylation potential.  The acute rise in HC seems to define an acute failure of the methylation potential of a cell after the jab.  As homocysteine levels rise so does the risk of myocarditis.

There is some evidence that indicates that homocysteine can lead to global DNA hypomethylation and DNA damage. It may also suppress transcription of cyclin A in endothelial cells all associated with oxidative stress.

Several studies demonstrated that homocysteine is capable of triggering neuronal damage via oxidative stress, DNA damage and activation of pro-apoptotic factors in mitochondria in cell cultures or animal models.

Cell exposure to homocysteine seems to lead to a significant reduction of cell viability.  The length of time homocysteine seems to affect cell viability and how it sensitizes them to ROS.  Cell exposure to homocysteine for a period of 3 days did not induce any significant change in Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) levels, but incubation with homocysteine for 5 days resulted in a 4.4-fold increase in ROS production.

WHAT SHOULD PHYSICIANS CONSIDER NOW?

If I was running the US response, I would do a few things.

First, I would be making physicians order levels of p21 in vaccine injured people.

Several studies demonstrated that homocysteine is capable of triggering neuronal damage via oxidative stress, DNA damage and activation of pro-apoptotic factors in mitochondria in cell cultures or animal models.

Cell exposure to homocysteine seems to lead to a significant reduction of cell viability.  The length of time homocysteine seems to affect cell viability and how it sensitizes them to ROS.  Cell exposure to homocysteine for a period of 3 days did not induce any significant change in Reactive Oxygen Species (ROS) levels, but incubation with homocysteine for 5 days resulted in a 4.4-fold increase in ROS production.

Third, I would assess plasma, urine, and CSF folate and vitamin B12 levels.  I also would check each injured person for MTHFR C677T (methylenetetrahydrofolate reductase) polymorphism.

By adulthood, the folate related enzymes involved in purine and pyrimidine synthesis, decline almost tenfold. Folate plays an important role in the brain so a crucial mechanism is in play to protect the brain from folate deficiency. The level of 5 tetrahydrofolate in the cerebrospinal fluid is 3 times that of the plasma level and there exists an active process to maintain it.   We should be checking these levels in cases who deserve it.   Methionine synthase is the only enzyme in the brain (neural tissue) that is capable of converting homocysteine to methionine. Cobalamin (B12) is a cofactor hence making it essential to the brain.  Most people with long COVID have significant problems with these assays in my opinion.  We need to be asking better questions.

SUMMARY

Implementation is a process of putting into action what is necessary to achieve a desired outcome. It also involves follow-up to ensure objectives are being met.  A good idea or resolution is not enough.  It must be implemented and then executed. Beginning to act, starting to take small steps to consistently fall forward, while being persistence makes all the difference in our life’s. With all the things going on with COVID we have to do more to help those with injury.   Ideation without execution leads to deletion of our resolutions.

Become aware of the high cost of bad medicine.  In biology we often get what we deserve.  Our actions have covert direct effects that our eyes are blind too and this blind-spot allows us to slip away from the policy of truth in policies being mandated today.  Today, stick to a strict diet of inspiring books, podcasts, beautiful spaces with amazing sites and people capable of elevating you to a plane of rare air.

There are no absolute truths with COVID…………there are just facts that change on a time continuum.  As time evolves,  facts change and what was controversial now becomes reality.

Here are my wishes for my TRIBE

1.  2022 will be the year where COVID ends.  I believe the appearance of Omicron is the biologic symbol that this pandemic is over.  I still fully believe that politicians will try to extend it to usurp more power from people by enacting “Emergency Powers” in blue states as evidence of an economic capsize grows deep into 2022.

I believe 2022 will be ultimately remembered by next December as the year when the end of the debt cycle rears its ugly head for all to feel.  With this caveat in place, limit your debt load and increase your conversion rate of fiat to Bitcoin.  Make plans for navigating the economic reset immediately because I believe it begins in 2022.

Why?

In 2022, I believe we will experience the great monetary paradox which, I submit, is the chief secret of most, if not all, great depressions: The more the debtors pay, the more they will owe because of how deflation acts on debt. The more the economic boat tips in 2022, the more it will tend to tip further. It will not tending to right itself, because by the end of 2022 it will be obvious to most the economic ship that is the USA is capsizing.

Politics is a pendulum whose swings between anarchy and tyranny are fueled by perennially rejuvenated illusions they create.  COVID was more about political science to hide the coming capsize than it was about biological science in 2021 about a virus  Make sure you put COVID in your rearview mirror in 2022 irrespective of what emergency powers the government attempts to use to hinder you.  If it becomes oppressive change your zip code where the cost of living is cheap and you have little to no debt.

Physicians, you get a special shout out:  Censorship of doctors through intimidation of the medical community is imperative to keeping the false narrative going in 2022.  Reject it if you honor your Oath.  “You can check-in, but you can never leave” is becoming the slogan of US hospitals treating COVID-19.  We as a group need to actively do things to change the incentives for hospitals.

Balance is a misnomer in life. What we can achieve is solid integration. Your hand opens and closes. If it were always a fist or always stretched open, you would be paralyzed. Your design is found in contracting and expanding like two beautifully balanced and coordinated birds’ wings.  Many people seek balance when they should seek anti fragility.

Adaptability is an anti-fragile design and it not based on equilibrium or balance. It reads and reacts to the task at hand. When we integrate life, work, rest, and play it allows us to accept the dynamics life deals. To help with our integration consider who matters most and what matters most, your values, passion, and purpose. Base your decisions using those as markers. Do this consistently and you begin to enjoy an fully integrated life. Find what works for you and your key stakeholders and live, lead and work to attain and maintain that as best you can.

Bitcoin is always “too expensive” for those who don’t understand where we are in this set cycle.  You don’t believe because your have not spent enough time to understand how the price links to the macro story unfolding.   Be patient, keep learning  It might take your time.  But time is costing you a lot of money now so you better start thinking faster and acting on what it tells you.  Your goal should be to get to 25 Bitcoins as soon as you can.  With what may happen in 2022 you might be able to do it.  when the chance shows up, do not hesitate to load up.

What’s the most important lesson Bitcoin taught me in 2021?  I always knew earth needed education in the basics of Money but Bitcoin taught me, you need a solution first at the end of a debt cycle, not education first, so most people can see, feel and touch. Most people are not used to believing initially.

When you accumulate BTC, you are tangibly “getting ahead” because own a larger percentage of a fixed supply monetary network.

When you save fiat, on the other hand, there’s a good chance you’re actually falling behind.

When you accumulate BTC you are scooping water from a swimming pool and dumping it into your bucket.

When you save fiat:

3.  History is repeated because modern people make the same old mistakes.  It is happening in the world everywhere you look.  2021 has become 1931 in Germany.  Resign yourself to not do this.  When an institution in your life says, “We’ve always done it that way” this is an institution your should be ridding yourself of.  People struggle with change because they have a hard time imagining a world which doesn’t yet exist.  They wait until change becomes obvious to adapt.  People who do that usually fade to black.  Avoid this in 2022.

Modern supply chains are generally built for financial and operational reasons on the Japanese idea of “just in time”. Most of the time it’s OK and any problems are tiny. However when the problems come, even small ones, the problems magnify and become huge = the bill will come due in 2022 for decades of outsourcing our economic sovereignty.

Fifty years from now history books will be written on how the tyranny of 2021 could spread.  Moreover,  books will be written about people who welcomed it with open arms because they fell prey to media propaganda. 

The global elites in government and the WEF/BIS thought COVID could be used to reset economies like Keynes tried to do Versailles after World War 1.   

Instead, the COVID response at the genesis of 2022 is operating on the Federal Reserve like the Reichstag Fire did in Nazi Germany in the 1930s. This will likely lead to a BTC standard world sooner than most predict.  I think we will see the sea change in November of 2022.

The midterms variant will be the best virus of them all. Testing and dry runs are over. It’s primetime for “We The People

4.  Have you been to your edge yet? If not, make 2022 the year you get to that edge.  I believe the environment is going to help you get there because I am expecting maximum chaos to happen in 2022.  Beyond the “edge” of our observed world in your mind there’s a space where emptiness and substance neatly overlap, where past and future form a continuous, endless loop. And, hovering about there, there are symbols no one has ever read, chords no one has ever heard.  This is where your Rosetta stone resides for 2022.  Where imagination meets vision and ideas.  Go to your edge often this year.  You will always be too much of something for someone: too big, too loud, too soft, too edgy. If you round out your edges, you lose your edge.  Do your own thing in 2022.

5.  Circumstances are the rulers of the weak;  but they are the tools of the wise.  Do not forget this mantra as 2022 rolls out.  The happiest people are not those who have no problems, but are those who have encountered difficulties and even tragedies and have overcome them.  A challenge only becomes an obstacle when you bow to it.

6.  2020 and 2021 where years when your government and institutions tried to screw you.  In 2022, begin to realize how many great things could happen to you by simply  confronting the things that scare you most.  There are 2 types of people in the world.  Those who make things happen and those who asked what just happened?  Which type are you now?  In 2022, change that person if the answer was wrong in 2021.  To overcome anything in life you must get off the “What happened” page to the “make it happen” page.

7.  Before the year closes begin to forgive those who wronged you in 2021.  I have a sense many families and friends are going to face massive economic stressors.  Stop keeping score.  Harboring grudges is a poison to our body, mind, and soul. Today, deal with it, and remove it. Begin to forgive quickly and freely with no conditions attached.  When we choose to forgive, we gain a personal freedom in how we think.  Once you forget what you are worth, you forget what you deserve….However difficult we may find it to let go, there is never a wrong time to do the right thing. Remember as humans we are designed to face the very same defects and failings as others do.  This reality allows us to keep things in their proper perspective.  When you are able to forgive, you get back into alignment with your purpose and plan and are able to more freely share your talents with the world.

8.  In 2022, become the shaft of lightning or the glowing candle that illuminates your world. Be fast, furious, bold, and strong. Arrive quickly and depart just as fast, leaving behind a brighter mind or soul or heart in all you touch. Your gifts lie not in what change brings to you, but rather in casting light on what you can bring to the world. In your work be legendary……..in your life make history.

9.  This coming year make your life a show. It’s up to you how to make your own story.  Do your own unique show and how to live your show you are on. 10.  Begin to explore new lands because you might need to go there to protect your freedoms soon.  Use the precaution principle.  It is better to be prepared than not.  Every person needs to take a few days away to sharpen the blade.  To go out with the setting sun on an empty beach is to truly embrace your solitude. A beach is not only a sweep of sand, but shells of sea creatures, the sea glass, the seaweed, the incongruous objects washed up by the ocean. A simple life filled with liberty is good with me.

I don’t need a whole lot to rest there.  Light doesn’t simply create probabilities, It guides them. Nature will naturally select the most probable, but we can let the most improbable become actual by our ‘light choices’.

11.  How are health and wealth linked fundamentally? They use time and value in much the same way. The best time to plant a tree is 10 years ago. The second best time is today.

The best time to buy Bitcoin was ten years ago, the second-best time is right now. Big trees and large fortunes are built by decentralized networks that control energy/information.

12.  History is just new people making old mistakes.  If this is obvious to you at the end of 2021, make sure those people are not part of your 2022.  We tend to judge others by their actions and ourselves by our intentions. Think for yourself and let others enjoy the privilege of doing so as well. As a leader, I cannot help people according to my temperament. I have to lead people according to theirs.

13. Where there is risk, there must be informed choice.  If the choice is limited you must become fully unmanageable.

It turns out you cannot live in a free society when the majority of people within the society do not want to be free.  Any COVID compliance in 2021 will be turned into a big-pharma subscription service in 2022. You cancel the subscription with disobedience to tyranny.

Freedom is not worth having if it does not include the freedom to make mistakes. The most courageous act is still to think for yourself. Aloud. Freedom is an intention resulting in a decision that leads to action. Freedom is a result of being and doing what it takes to gain it. Freedom is the release from that which holds us back from being released into who we are meant to be. Freedom is a reward that when received is prized above all others and never gathers dust on a shelf. Today’s irony is that people demand freedom of speech as a compensation for the freedom of thought which they seldom use. Freedom lies in being bold, so use it now.

Do not be forced to prove your health to participate in society. Do not accept exclusion of people based on their medical status. Voting with your feet is 100x more effective than voting with your hands.  Make corporations pay for being complicit with tyranny in 2021.

14.  Remind yourself daily in 2022 what the Black Swan mitochondriac credo is all about.  Can you distill what biology is for your tribe?  Biology is the organization of the interplay of opposing forces that allows for the conversion of mass into high magnitude energy release in mitochondrion.

In 2022, become interested in the natural health patterns in you, and the beautiful decentralized form that only nature can create. Examine how energy that flows through you and how you get in its way at times. Begin to understand how that can create a situation that robs you of that gorgeous natural form. How all that occurs is what I’m trying to uncover and understand now.

15. The press and media have no legal right to dictate the practice of medicine. No right to intimidate or coerce physicians or patients. No right to employ propaganda to advance economic interests of the pharmaceutical industry. We all must insist that this stop immediately.  Remember you have the same medical degree as Bill Gates and CNN.  Good critical thinking is the foundation of science and democratic republic. Science requires the critical use of reason in experimentation and theory confirmation. The proper functioning of a liberal democracy requires citizens who can think critically about social issues to inform their judgments about proper governance and to overcome biases and prejudice.

The information system in media has gone in a direction that is no longer one that is the basis for journalism. The first amendment no longer works in the USA.  There is less free journalism and more superfluous information… more is controlled from one or two sources, so propaganda is spread that suits the elite.  Disconnect from this in 2022.

For example, the mainstream narrative should be reversed as it was crafted in 2021: the stock market did not collapse (in March 2020) because lockdowns had to be imposed; rather, lockdowns had to be imposed because financial markets were collapsing.  COVID was used a a compliance test for the coming economic reset of 2022.

16. In 2022, you must gain the ability to use reason to move beyond the acquisition of facts to uncover deep meaning.  In 2020 I was not afraid of any virus that had over a 99% survival rate and no amount of media-coverage, data manipulation or forced testing among asymptomatic people in 2021 changed my mind.  Lions should not understand the mentality of sheep.  The data is now crystal clear:  The longer one remains in the control group in 2022, the more evidence will manifests that supports the decision to avoid the experimental group outcomes.

17. Embrace the chaos and uncertainty that 2022 is likely to usher in.  Teachers need to be openly and comfortably uncertain, for the tribe to get the payoff.  Why?  The highest form of critical thinking can be modeled for our tribe when you learn how to destroy your own Dunning Kruger moments.   A person disagreeing with her/himself always questions their own biases when changes happen rapidly around them.  In the face of chaos using self-doubt improves our ability to model critical thinking.

It has often been said that the greatest enemy of knowledge is not ignorance; it is the illusion of knowledge. Do you believe this? If not, why not? How do you know you’re afflicted with this viral infection. Why does a Black Swan mentor tell his tribe constantly a half-truth always leads to a full lie? Knowing a concept wrongly is more dangerous than skipping a concept when you are searching for wisdom. The illusion of knowledge is just like drinking too much wine with your beliefs. Never get drunk with your own dogma. This idea is simply stating that ignoring something completely may not harm you as much as partial or incomplete knowledge may harm you.  This is especially true in times of chaos.

18. Critical thinking will be very important in the new first turning that will begin in 2022. The new economy will be driven by information and technology. One has to be able to deal with changes quickly and effectively. The new economy will place increasing demands on flexible intellectual skills, and the ability to analyze information and integrate diverse sources of knowledge in solving problems. Good critical thinking promotes such thinking skills, and will be very important in the fast-changing world.  LOL at your critics.  The time of this reset is upon us now.  “It’s going to be difficult. 19. In 2022, if you don’t pay attention to web 3.0 you are uninformed. If you pay attention to web 3.0, you are misinformed.   Web 3.0 = metaverse.

The metaverse is the ultimate safe space for tyrants who favor centralized control because of its Cantillon effect.

It will be the biggest scam of the year for those who embrace it.

Never underestimate the power of wealth people in Silicon valley taking advantage of ignorant people on Main St. They pull this off in large groups who gather on Web 2.0 products and spread their ideology on social media to build markets for Web3 businesses. It is how the virus replicates in 2022.

20.  What lesson have I learned about my profession in 2021?  The COVID experience has taught me that there is an inverse relationship between education and common sense. The higher you go in academia the less common sense can be found.

The American dream is alive and well in healthcare. The hustle is sold separately to patients individually in a package called evidence based medicine. Corporations force mandates down our throats that the government cannot due to illegality. And its funded by the guys making money on both sides of the equation.

Science must always be “pressure tested” to distill the truth. That’s the only way forward.  Science isn’t ‘what experts think.’ It’s a method that corrects what experts think.  In 2021, Fauci claimed he was science.  In 2022, the scientific method should remove him from power.

I believe you will learn why alternative therapies and natural immunity were removed from the lexicon of medical science by bureaucrats in 2021.  The jabs cost them a lot of money to develop and they needed to protect themselves from legal challenges to the EUA’s if any alternative therapy worked because this would have made their EUA’s ILLEGAL.

A curious principle of epidemiology, which only the public seems to get and the elites act like it is conspiracy theory is what happens if you give drugs that work too late int eh course of a disease?

When we find out in 2022 that ‘scientific authorities’ just published assumptive baloney which conforms to a narrative that suited the centralized elite, with no medical evidence behind it  whatsoever……Then why would any sane person contend, ‘Trust the Science’?

If you don’t treat someone, until they are almost dead – your treatments aren’t going to appear very effective when studies are done.  This is how methodology can be used to skew the truth.  This creates an opportunity for the political ruling class.  Then you can use that data, to cite that treatments are ineffective – so there are none.  This can be used to create legal means to create a solution via patent that has legal protection.  This is how the EUA idea was born by Big Pharma during Operation Warp Speed.  This is why HCQ nd IVM were villified in 2021.

In fact, I will take this idea  further.  I now believe they all believe that natural immunity is viewed as an illegal theft of pharmaceutical intellectual property by people in power.  They believe COVID was a flu accidentally blew into your lungs or gut.  Your immune system then attempted to usurp Big Pharma IP.  Your thieving-ass immune system was and remains their enemy. This is how centralized medical systems think. It is also how the people who sit next to its money printer think.  This is how the Cantillon effect operates in medicine now.  This is why most physicians follow the mandates of those who pay them.  Physicians no longer work for themselves.  They work for centralized healthcare systems.  If you take money blowing downwind of a bank robbery, you’ll see another centralized system that will force you to pay it back.

The moment you allow the government to break the law for an emergency, you will live in a daisy chain of emergency from that day forward.

21. If privacy is outlawed only outlaws will have privacy in 2022.  Vote carefully in November 2022.   We don’t control what happens, we control how we respond to what they allowed.

In chess, a gambit is when a player sacrifices a piece, usually a pawn, early in a game to obtain some larger competitive advantage.  We saw that this year in Washington DC.  The Build Back Better bill was the queen of Biden’s domestic agenda.  It was a bill so far-reaching that it threatened to encroach upon every corner of the economic chess board of American life.  How did the opposition topple Biden’s queen? They allowed some to vote for the infrastructure bill only of there was a decoupling the infrastructure bill from Build Back Better.  This maneuver was straight out of Sun Zhu’s Art of War chapter on the nine situations.  When infrastructure passed with some opposition party votes the House leftist progressives leverage evaporated in an instant.  The opposition seemed to know that inflation was a growing problem that Biden ignored in the process.  You need to understand how COVID and Build Back Better were coupled by WEF policy.  Biden was bringing the global elite agenda to the American taxpayer.

It’s hard to overstate what a bullet was just dodged by the nation in 2021 with the downfall of Build Back Better. Democratic Senator Manchin voted against this bill because inflationary concerns alone were a reason to kill it. But let’s be clear, had infrastructure and the social spending leviathan remained coupled, there is every reason to believe that major parts of Build Back Better would have survived and created a pathway to socialism and a CBDC in 2022 under Biden and Yellen.

The chess game is not over in 2022.  In fact, I believe the game is now restarting.  Looking at the chessboard right now, less than a year out from the midterm, opposition leadership now has enough material to compete almost everywhere in House and Senate races. I believe this is why House Minority Leader McCarthy, is already running ads for a oppositionCongress in the deep blue New York City media market.  He knows what Biden’s COVID policies did to New Yorkers lives.

Any power taken by government without constraint leads to abuse.   Remember when ‘two more weeks’ and ‘flatten the curve’ was a thing?

It was only 50 political narrative shifts ago in 2021.

COVID was a crisis that was used to make way for the most extreme and widespread suspension of constitutional freedoms in American history, despite being based on myths and lies.  The goal of these maneuvers was to replace the US constitution with the UN Charter.  This would remove your inalienable rights and put the government’s interest infront of your own.  That is why the global elites have infiltrated the USA and what they have been doing since World War 2.  

From the beginning of the Coronavirus crisis, the media and politicians engaged in myths, half-truths, and even flat-out lies to bring about obedience from the populace.

COVID was built as a crisis by politicians to create a cultural war to divide us so they could conquer us.  It allowed a deep dive into how those in power used the emergency to consolidate power and change the very concept of American freedoms. Government, media, advertisers, and scientists all sought to set an agenda to strip Americans of their rights. From church attendance to running a business, right down to how many people can be in a private home, few rights were left wholly unchecked. What’s worse is that any challenge to the holy laws of lockdowns were criticized and censored as dangerous and deadly speech. The question that remains is whether Americans will ever allow this to happen again.

Now the lies of 2021 have been revealed. No, Americans weren’t all in the ruse together. It was not as simple as “trust the science.” Donald Trump was not a sole villain, Andrew Cuomo was not a hero, and lockdowns did vastly more harm than good to the people.  But COVID did give the bankers “cover” over a collapsing dollar system system they created. As America awakens from the nightmare of the COVID, will they learn the lessons from it?  I believe 2022 will bring the initial honest accounting of all the rank dishonesty.

22.  Price is what you pay, value is what you get when your money is hard.  when it is not hard, inflation will eat your value and it will steal your time.  You will have more value and time stolen from you in 2022 than ever before if you are not prepared.  Remember the more you sweat in peacetime, the less you bleed in economic war.  Inflation is robbing ‘money’ of its intrinsic design. Inflation is theft of time.  It was programed to operate like this by its hackers at the Federal Reserve.

23. The jab is the only product in the history of medicine whose failure is blamed on those who didn’t use it. Society and health sciences have become so synthetic and artificial that the truth now offends people.  That truth will be suppressed on social media.  Somehow we’ve forgotten that individual rights is the organizing principle of a civilized society. We need a separation of Science and State for the same reason we have had a separation of Church and State.

Time is only valuable when you have health. Wealth is only valuable when you have time.  Clock management in 2022 will be an IQ test on risk management.  You don’t lose the game, you just run out of time.

Anger is useful in physical fights but a killer of logic.   It’s a trick of the mind pushing you into a fight or flight. Let me tell you what you can’t do well when you’re fighting or flighting… think critically.  Remove your anger.  This is why politicians used fear to control many of us.  They knew our ability to think well would be stifled.

There is a spectrum where controversies and conformity sit on two ends of the line. More conformity = less controversial  

And yet, most of the wins in life land on the edge of controversy.  Choose your controversy wisely in 2022, but choose it very quickly this new year.

Be careful what you read, it becomes the way you think.   Words are heard, then internalized, then repeated, and then habituated.   Curate what you let into your brain as you do with your body.  The words you read simulate the diet you eat.

Having a strong opinion is the mark of intellect but having the ability to change it is the mark of true intelligence.  Only politicians hold one stance forever for fear of flip-flopping, we mortals do better to constantly experiment.  In 2022, state your ideas strongly but makes sure they are loosely held.

Every time you produce a product or idea, more come back ten-fold.   So don’t make it perfect, make it happen. Then let your tribe decide for themselves.

Focus on thinking clearly, intently, and strategically before you pull any triggers.

The best ideas need breathing room. They’re a flower stretching for the sun. Clutter them with meetings or emails, and watch them die.   Instead, clear your schedule every morning when sun rises and allow for no calls prior to 10am.

Anytime something is common practice, check if it’s common sense.   Return to the very first principle there is: 1+1 = 2.   Numbers are often terrible liars in decentralized networks.  Scientists and physicists make this error all the time.  Numbers are used in math and math creates statistics.  Statistics are shadow casts of the truth.  They do not reveal the truth.  They most often rhyme with the truth.  Facts are very stubborn things, but statistics are pliable.  They are shadows of what might be true.  This is why numbers often lie to us and undermine our ability to think.

Take that shiny new idea in your head and go explain it to a boomer.  Can you take the complex and make it simple? If not, you don’t know enough about the topic.  Strong beliefs paired with little knowledge is a dangerous spot to operate in 2022.

Your skin regenerates itself every 72 days completely.   Your gut does the same in 48 hours if you are healthy.  Your ideas need an equal level of velocity and regeneration. Challenge the old ideas and let them be reborn into something better in 2022.  New learning Is a little like embracing a daily death.  Do not be afraid to let ideas or people die in your life to grow.

What if your intellect is measured by how much truth you can tolerate?   Can you be told you’re wrong, and that dress makes you look fat, and you’re getting older, and he’s smarter than you, and take them all in stride?  If not change that in 2022.

Shortcuts and get-rich-quick schemes will get you lost.   Forget the outcome, focus on the process and watch your destination appear.  Avoid “shitcoinery” in crypto or fiat worlds.  Really avoid the people who push these ideas on you.

Every piece of art I buy in my life is motivated by a failure I have made in my life.  I never tell anyone about the failure.  I keep my collection of old failures on a wall for all to see.   Most people hang medals, I remind myself of scars gotten and mistakes mishandled. It keeps me honest in the new year.

Sycophants (yes men) will kill you faster than dissent.   I see that everyday in Bitcoin rooms on Clubhouse.  Instead of trying to fit into their “deck of cards”, be the joker in the deck.  Surround yourself with unruly individuals who make you stand your ground or berate you for not.

You don’t really hold an idea in your head until you can say it with your lips.   Idea, Word, Action.  Speak the truth to the tribe and they will feel the oscillation.  If they do not, they likely were not part of your tribe to begin with.

Fluid intelligence is the capacity to reason, make connections, solve problems, and consider abstract concepts.  The fastest way to grow it? Read widely, voraciously and continuously.  I hope you read here the words I craft for you and I hope you share the ideas here you find useful with others you care about in 2022.

As we come into the New Year, as personal sovereignty becomes more important… we have to realize, it starts with us  It is not the tactics of money making that  matter most.   The most important thing you can do is train your brain to seek the ideas that stand on their own 2 feet.

A contrarian isn’t one who always objects — that’s a conformist of a different sort. A contrarian reasons independently, from the ground up, and resists pressure to conform.

The government derives their consent to govern from “We The People”.  We are owed transparency by our government as it is our taxpayer dollars that fund it.  There is nothing controversial about demanding answers from your government in 2022.

Why are you not getting the most out life now? You must stop doing what you always done to get to where you have not been. You can’t get the most out of life unless you give life more than you have in the past. Your life is at risk if you are not taking risks. You must give up the past to go up in the future. You have to let go off something, to get something better. Avoiding danger is no safer in the long run than outright exposure. Life is either a daring adventure or nothing at all…….time for you to chose and act at the dawn of 2022.  Time is not promised to anyone by Nature.
